In the US, that is a 1969-only air cleaner (note small hose nipple in baseplate at about the 12:30 clock position in your lower photo; that's for this).
In Canada, the linked anti-ice system was available starting in '60, but what you've got is a '68-'69 air cleaner ('68 being the first year for the large hose nipple on the side of the lid, to connected to the ducted crankcase inlet).
