    WOW those are some narrow tubes. ran a 3 row cross flow aluminum in my big block dart with a mechanical fan and a couple electric pushers just in case. never ran over 180. hell the electric fans never came on even.

    looks just like the V8 gas pedal in the illustration. I doubt the cable is the same though. the V8 cable is pretty short.

    I have run the good ole green stuff for Years in my aluminum radiator................ no issues. lots of cars have had aluminum radiators, intakes, heads & ect with good ole green antifreeze. my big block has aluminum heads and still has Green antifreeze........

    only ports are in the water pump housing, no coolant in the intake. there are usually several ports blocked off in the housing. some tucked under the accessory brackets.

    I probably should have mentioned it has a newer style timing cover. its actually a 95 magnum motor with the 70's style timing cover and the older cast water pump. for some reason I was thinking that older pump was harder to find. I see several parts houses have them listed now.
