yeah I know they are fender mounted turn signal indicators and I know they came off a 68 Dart GT but I've never seen ones like these. did they come with a special package? are they rare? can anyone put value to them?

do structural sheet metal parts match between 69 darts and 69 valiants, like frame rails, floor pans, inner fender aprons and trunk floors?
