    69 M-code question

I know the 69 M-code GTS/Cuda had painted valve covers rather than chrome but most of the restored cars that I see have a chrome breather/filler cap. Is that correct? Looks weird to me.

What’s it worth? Odd 69 Swinger

I picked this car up about 3 years ago thinking it would be a fun project, but since then I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Not the end of the world, I’m still mobile but my energy level is low. I have a 69 Swinger that is as weird as it gets, 318 4-speed, 8.75 with 3.23 open...

I’d like to see some rare beaters that are driven.

I see a lot of posts of cars that are waiting in line for years to get restored. There seems to be less of these cars driven every year, too. I bought my 69 GTS factory 440 M-code out of the basement of a repair shop, it hadn’t been running in at least 10-15 years, we hooked up a jerry can to...

    2949065 radiator WIW

Is it true that Glen Ray didn’t reproduce 065 radiator tanks? About 9 years ago I traded a BIG pile of 70-71 Swinger NOS parts for an 065 radiator and the correct 3462017/2863900 manifolds for my M-code 440 Dart GTS. The fellow that I traded with said he talked Glen Ray into building an 065...

    M-code A-body question

I’m working on my GTS, installing some 440Source heads, changing camshaft, getting rid of the leaking beat up 187 pan for an 893 pan, a few other things. I have the correct driver’s side engine mount bracket, but the engine that is in it is a 75 C-body 440 and it is not drilled by the oil pump...

68 GTS panel on Kijiji Ontario

Not mine, and a long way from home. Somebody needs this if it’s nice. 1968 Dodge Dart GTS trunk finish panel | Auto Body Parts | Ottawa | Kijiji

    M-code 440 vs H-code 383 differences.

I’m a little bored tonight, the snow is coming pretty heavy. I’m curious about what different parts were bolted onto an M-code 440 GTS/Cuda vs a 383 car. I know the driver’s side engine mount and the driver’s side exhaust manifold are 440 only, the exhaust manifold spacer for the passenger side...

    So.... what’s it worth ? 69 GTS vert 383 4-speed

I had a chance to buy this car in the spring. Too much of a project for me though. 1969 dart 383 4 speed convertible , only 34 ever made | Classic Cars | Strathcona County | Kijiji

    M-code and 383 A-body plug wire question

I thought I would start a new post rather than drag a parts wanted ad down. 383 and 440 A-bodies, I know that 383 A’s had chrome covers but should have the same plug wire routing. With the manifolds exiting between the third and fourth cylinder on each bank, the rear plug wire on both banks...

Fix it, part it, hold on to it?

I picked up an odd 1969 Dart Swinger, factory 318 4-speed 8 3/4 with 3.23 open. Factory R4 red, black bench. Fenders/quarters/floors/trunk lid are rough but inner fenders and rails are nice. Complete car and has a supposedly running 360, and original 4-speed. Probably not worth restoring but...

    A-body 893 pan capacity

I’m going to be taking the 187 pan off and putting an 893 pan back on my M-code Dart. Engine is mid 70s C-body so it has the incorrect dipstick and tube, what would be the 893 capacity with ph43 size filter so i can mark the dipstick? I have a 69 440 to be built for it down the road.

1969 Dart Swinger factory 318 4-speed production numbers?

Does anybody have numbers for this combo? I have to think it's unusual, I've seen pictures and the floor hump looks all original, and no 3-speed on the floor til 1970. I'm still waiting to see the fender tag.

    Beater factory muscle drivers.

I'm more of a lurker than a poster but enquiring minds want to know. I own a slightly rusty, dinged up, hacked in hood pins, flaking crappy 80s colour change repaint M-code Dart GTS that I drive a lot, weather permitting. It even has the mind-blowingly expensive 440 only exhaust manifolds. So...
