Have MP baffled valve covers. Can't find a breather cap, that fits. Everyone, I've tried, hits the top of the baffle. Which doesn't allow it to seat fully into the grommet. Thus, letting it work it's way loose. PCV fit perfectly, on the other cover. These are cast al. valve covers Any ideas...

This is the first start up after breaking in the cam. I did notice the pass side header studs need to be re-torqued. Also that I best get to tuning the carbs, as it appears to be running way rich.. The Cherry bomb extremes sound pretty good. https://vimeo.com/113652436

I need to lift the drivers side of the engine, so I can get a header in. What's the best way to do this? Might mention I have an AlterK with a 440. 72 Dart. Thanks

I have an Edelbrock dual quad manifold on my 440, with Edelbrock carbs. Am looking at a Holley double pumper look alike EFI set up from Retrotek. They have the same dimensions as the Holley DBs. Are they going to fit on this manifold? If yes, will I have to get different linkage or will...

Just saw a build, using the Indy billet rear main cap/seal. Looks like a good thing to use, on my 440. Anyone have experiance with it? Also, who carries them? Looked on Mancini, no luck. Also, didn't see just the rear cap/seal on Indy's site. Thanks

Just wondewring if the two 9/16 bolts, below will be strong enough to pull the 440 out \? One is at the pass. side, rear of the head and the other, on the drivers side, front of the head. Thanks

The rad. I'm installing, in my bigblock Dart, comes with trans cooler hook-ups. Here's the question. I have an after market trans cooler, in the Charger, that I'm pulling the engine from. Should I just hook the lines to the rad. Or, can I plumb the after market one in, also? Thanks

Looking to get a new radiator for my 72 Swinger. It will have an AlterK, with a 440. Need to know the measurement, from the back of the radiator support, to the front of the crank pulley. The radiator that I'm looking at is 6" thick, to the back of the twin fans. 3.5" thick in the center. Thanks
