Not sure where to put this one, but does anyone know of a reliable rear diffy for my '03. Lost everything yesterday on the PA turnpike... just locked up. Had to have it towed to my house and it's leaking gear oil all over my driveway. Everything I read about those 9 1/4 rears is bad...

how would I measure the driveshaft length? I know that I put the yoke in then oull it out 1", then go center to center of the bearings. The front of the car is up, but the weight is on the rear. Do I need to set it flat to get this measurement?

OK, it's getting time to put the driveshaft in. How do I tell what size U-joint it is? I know the diff between 7260 & 7290 but what the heck is the diff between 7290 & 1350?
