    Help! from North Carolina/Virginia member!!!

Any FABO members in the north-east corner of North Carolina or southern Virginia? I need your help/assistance! I bought a hood with hinges for my '38 Dodge pickup on eBay, and the auction clearly stated that the item would be freight. Now that I've paid for it, the seller (douche bag) is telling...

    1938 Dodge pick up!

Hey guys, this one is out of my usual MOPAR tinkering. I've been wanting a mid '30's pick-up for ages... Finally came across one, that is all steel, but needs to be completely restored, it's a '38 Dodge pick up truck. The only things missing are the driver's side door glass, windshield, rear...

    Bolt size?

On my small block bellhousing (4 speed); as I working on re-painting it, I noticed that the bottom starter bolt hole threads are all damaged. I took a 7/16" bolt out of it, but it looks like it could have been a 3/8" bolt in there originally and got re-tapped to the next larger size. Either...

    Disc or Paper

I was wondering how many of you have got manuals on disc and how many have the hard copies (old school) manuals. I want to update/expand my resources. I only have one manual on disc at the moment (1970/71) Mopar Master Parts Book). And a few various paper reference manuals (quite a few, but...

    What's This?

I have no idea what this is... I found it in the trunk of the Duster when I bought it some 20 years ago. It's a solid chunk of lead, no numbers or writing on it. (farm equipment counterweight ?) Any ideas, in case I throw out something somebody else might need.

    Moparfest anyone?

Hey all! It's that time of year where you can really take your Mopars out for a nice drive, not just a cruise night or a few blocks. Take them out for a real drive! Take them somewhere were other fanatics can enjoy them. Wondering how many of you out there have heard or have been or plan on...

    ebay, want it now!

Hey guys! I just discovered a new feature on ebay today... It's called "Want it now", I found it on ebay's site map, under the "Buying Resources" category. It's pretty slick, I got responses almost immediately. Saves you from having to look in all the different categories you may think of, to...

    340 Wedge?

Here's another question I have no answer to.... What exactly is a 340 Wedge Duster, aside from the blacked out hood and the 45deg. Wedge sticker. To the best of my knowledge only 511 of these were produced in 1971 (only). The reason I'm asking is I can't find any special codes for this...

    4 speed #'s

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any idea as to how many 4 speed Dusters where produced in 1971? And maybe how many with electronic ignition? I know this is a long shot, thought I'd throw it out there, ya never know... Thanks, 340butterduster.](*,):munky2:
