    340 running hot

    My 1970 340 continues to run at about 210 or higher ever since I had it rebuilt. I have about 1000 miles on the motor. Radiator has been checked, new water pump, new hoses, still no luck. Could the head gaskets be on upside down or backwards?

    I Have a line on a rebuilt 71 340 with steel crank and good cam and everything redone properly. It has never been fired. Complete with stock intake. Can anyone give me some guidance as to what this engine is worth?

    90 degree oil filter gasket replacement

    I am trying to install a 90 degree adapter on my 70 Swinger 340. I received the large o ring gasket, a cork gasket, and a plastic gasket. where does the small cork gasket go? How about the plastic one? Thanks all for reading.
