1973 Plymouth Duster Purchase condition

Well I just put a deposit on the Duster today, it is a little bit rougher than I expected it to be but it works :snakeman:. Need to replace driver's side rocker, lower quarter patch panel, and it has a hole in the dogleg about the size of half dollar. It is a pretty darn solid car other than those two places.

EDIT: Now that I got to investigate a little more I am not too happy with the car. It has rot in the floors (big holes) and I found a puddle on the drivers side floor. Making me...
