383 Formula S with a 727 Torqueflite. No air, no power steering - didn't have room in the engine compartment back in those days with a 383! She is a dream to drive and the gas mileage isn't bad - 18 on highway and 12 in the city. For a big block, I'll take it!

Turbocharged the 225 /6. Completely homemade kit except for the carb mount and pressure pot. Pushing about 10 lbs. of boost. It's fun to drive, but the 102,000 mile motor smokes quite a bit :burnout:

Got our Darts swapped back this fall (2013). I had the transmission rebuilt for my Brothers 64 and had it for 2 years! We live about 6 hrs away and it's the first chance we had to make the exchange. At least that's what I told him since his has the 420 ft/lb monster 360! LOL My little 1976...

Now that all the 2am sheet metal bangn' is done, she's ready for some White Epoxy Prime followed by about a Gallon of High Build (most will be on the floor) and a month of blocking, till I’m doing x-hatch patterns in my sleep. For the color, I'm sprayn' my take on GM's Voodoo Blue, except I’m...
