Car is in Missouri still today. Sadly, it can't be bought. I have offered up to $2,000 cash at one time, even offered a Black 96 Convertible Cavailer wort $4,000 for it in trade. Still sticks to "I'm going to restore it someday with my son."
Bought it out of a field in Paoli Indiana in 05 from the original owner who parked it in 83 and left it. My wife picked this up for me while I was at Beach Bend watching the drag racing even one day, what a suprise to come home to.
SRT8 Challenger, only option is the performance tires. Its my grocery getter when I am home and not offshore working.
I had to do much research to find any thing on this eng. when I first purchased the car I commuted with it for 8months and got very consistant 30 mpg.! Soo much torque in the dart I can start in 3rd. gear without even having to raise rpms.
I've owned this one owner for 2 yrs. and am doing a partial resto/w. upgraded suspension&brakes.Also a 76 aluminum case ,4spd. overdrive manual trans.Car has 3.23/7.25 rear.body,trim, and dash are perfect!

Original 273 engine & pushbutton torqueflite. Original owner was daughter of Weatherford, OK Dodge dealer & car got dealer installed Chrysler AC kit. I've had it since 1991.
