so apparently this guy was a HUGE hit in Russia back in the 60's and 70's not sure if it was a novelty song or a serious one, originally it had words, it was supposed to be a western cowboy song, only when the censors got done with it this is all that was left, he is lip syncing to the original recording in this video, they even interviewed this guy who said he hasnt sung this song in 35 years, but with millions of youtube views he is thinking of coming out of retirement
