“A” body vs. “B”&”E” body right side block mounts

The A engine A body right is different than the B and E body right these pictures show how. If this is old news it’s not intentional I believe that there’s some confusion and would just like to help.

Assuming the side holes align I don't see why one couldn't drill the needed holes in the flat section to convert one to the other
 
Not related to your post but damn that's a nice tape measure. For machinists?
 
This post was made to help the newbies and people that don’t have the cubic dollars to buy wrong parts or ability to modify/ correct parts. It is to help the hobby, we should all step in and share the wealth that is knowledge so newbies don’t leave because they “Can’t get it right” JMO
