The one I posted was listed for a 1979 D-150 pickup. Early Duster (A body) was small bolt pattern. Never had a large bpolt pattern 8 3/4.

We are assuming the op has A body axles.

If he has b,c,e body axles the center register will be correct.

In need of 10 X 2.5 inch (5 on 4 1/2 in bolt pattern) rear brake drum assemblies for the 8.75 differential
How about some context?

What car
What year
What modifications to the rear end / braking system

Exactly. Brake assembly is axle dependent. Without knowing what the OP has any recommendation is just a guess.

With front disc 4.5 inch. If the rear axles were made to "A" body specs, this drum should work
But if they were made to B,C,E body specs you MIGHT need to change backing plates also.

There is a difference from axle flange to bearing retainer A body is a smaller distance. B,C,E is a larger distance

1968 Barracuda with Moser stamped differential and Moser axles 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. Front brakes will be stock Mopar disc brakes.
That's a good start. We still need to know which axles by Moser. Specifically, what is the "standoff" or "brake gap?" They were different on A-Bodies. Moser sells 5 x 4.5" axles in both the A-Body and B-Body brake gap. Also needed is the size of the center register. With this information, we can probably figure out what you need. Don't worry about the bolt pattern of the drums. As long as they fit the backing plate / brake gap / register, the bolt pattern can be redrilled.
If you call Moser, they may be able to tell you what you need.

Will not hurt to try. Thought this was going to be a slam dunk with everyone's efforts. I sincerely appreciate the comments. 10 X 2.5 was common on E bodies and 4.5 in bolt pattern. Wonder what Moser would do with that request for axles in an A body rear end. When ordering, it is assumed axles are for type housing. In this case, if you order A body housing you get A body axles. Only choice would be 4 or 4.5 bolt pattern.

This may be a stupid question. What about an E body housing and axles from Moser but have the spring perches fixed for A body application. How much wider is E body housing than A body? This way need only E body rear drum brakes assemblies.

A bunch wider

Have you not purchased the housing and axles yet?
