Ok so I have the stock disc brake setup from a 1974 Duster 360 I'm using in my 1970 Duster. I know the stock brake rotor are 10.87 (right around that size) and I have the 11.75 sliding adaptors and 11.75 rotors. The question is about the dust shields. Do I need the dust shields from a donor car that came with the 11.75 rotor or will the stock 10.87 dust shields work/be fine with the increased rotor size? :salut:

Stock will work fine.

FYI
There is no difference in the diameter of a dust shield, either for the 10.80 rotors, or the 11.75 rotors.
They are all the same.

I had real good feeling that was so.

But it's been a long time a really checked this stuff out on junkyard cars by putting a sheild of a 11.75 car on a 10.75 to see. I know I've done it. Just can't remember the outcome. Nowdays it would be real hard to find two cars in the 'yard to try it on.
