This is the same relay used in multiple remote battery disconnect setups. Just the relay, rest of the wiring is up to you.

Run your battery cable through the large contacts and then momentary power through the smaller contacts. Each application of power to the smaller contacts changes the state of the relay. No power draw when disconnected and does not take constant power to maintain the battery connection.
