it's for a duel plug hemi slant \ 6 my uncle had one back in the day .

Caddy actually had two V16s, a narrow V overhead valve one (the pretty one everyone loves,) and a rarer, very wide V flathead version.
Marmon had a V16 too, all aluminum, made about 30% more power than caddy's version.
