13" hubcaps with beauty rims?

When I originally bought my 65 Valiant it had this style hubcaps which I've never seen before, were they "beauty rings" that came with the dog dish caps? They are aluminum.

I have the same caps on my car, but I added aftermarket beauty rings. I think they look good. I've never seen what you have, though.

Those are not that beautiful....Rusty, tell 'em where to get some shiny 13" trim rings! Those dog dish polish up good and fit multiple size rims. Had a set but sold them.
