Is that a 13 inch breather or 14? It seems to be a 14 inch unless I am not seeing the tape correctly.

I am trying to get a base for my 13 inch Mopar Performance top.

It is 14'' from outside lip to outside lip. The air filter itself will be 13".

I put a 14 inch base I have on my Holley like niceolddart posted pics of and will not completely clear a Holley Dual lines bowls. I believe it may require a base that sets up just a bit since it is a 13".
