I have a 14" steel rim that's a small bolt pattern. I will have to measure to see what the width is,but i'll get back in a day or so as I work long hours. I just pulled the old tire that was on it off this past weekend. I'll let you have it,just pay for shipping.

I checked the rim I had this morning and it is stamped 13 x 4-1/2. Sorry I thought I could help.
