14" tires and rims question

I have a 65 Valiant and I want to put on 14" standard/regular rims and full wheel covers/wheel discs...not the dog dish style.
I have found some original Chrysler 14" by 5" wide with the 5 bolt 4" bolt pattern.
I want to put on narrow whitewall radial tires on these rims and my question is, what size tire should I get?
From looking at sites like Coker Tire, it seems like a 185 series would be best but, I want to get some opinions from the knowledgeable people on this site.

When I purchased my Demon, she had four SBP 14x5" rims with OEM full wheel covers.
Tires were 195 with white line

Now, the car is on a set of 14" rallye wheels, but I really love the original full wheel covers look with narrow whitewall tires.
Maybe I will reinstall them after a good cleaning/restoration of the covers.
