Will a 15x10 steel wheel with a 4 inch backspacing fit on my 69 valiant? I'm running a inboard spring kit. Going to mini tub it in the future. These wheels are a good deal and I'd either run them now or save them when I mini tub. Will this work?
 
No.

Not with any tire that would begin work with a 10" rim; 245 or wider.

Will need rear end narrowed to fit those rims with mini tub.

correct. I run 11.25" rims on mine with he mini tub but had a dana 60 made narrower than stock. I want to say 46"

you need 7 1/2 BS on a 10inch wheel and stock width rear
 
Rather than starting a new thread i thought id ask here. How about a 15x10 wheel in the rear with 4" backspacing on a 75 dart swinger? Found a set of Cragars with tires for a deal that are 15x10 4" backspacing and 265/50/15 tires in the rear and 15x8 up front and 225/50/15.

You're in the same boat as the OP. You need a mini tub, relocated springs, and narrowed rear.
