1938 Washington license plate

Check this plate out. Can any one tell me what this may be worth? Look at the numbers. If that means what I think it means it's the first of that set. I also have thes old 1930 cal plates in pretty rough shape but ones not too bad.

Sorry, I had a problem loading the pics on my I pad. Not sure how. Any ways the wash.plate is in beautiful shape and the number is ...A-0000 . If that means what I think it means then it's the first plate of that set. Does any one know what this might be worth. I found one on feebay and it had the numbers A00000. With five zeroes and they wanted 300 for it. Mine only has four zeroes. Thanks for the input.
