I'm the proud 2nd owner of 14.5 years of this fully restored automobile. I purchased it from the original owners who bought it for themselves as a wedding present back in Feb '63 in Yakima, Washington. The slant 6-225 motor was rebuilt & converted to a 2bbl approx 10 yrs ago along w/installing an electronic ignition. I drive it 2-3 times a week in the summer for pleasure, perhaps once a week in the winter but hardly ever in the rain. The Torque-Flite push-button transmission was rebuilt in 2009. The front bucket seats & rear bench were re-upholstered just last year, new carpets have been installed, along with a few custom touches; the body had rust along the fenders, this was all properly removed & the entire body repainted in its original color last year as well. A new windshield has been put in & all new seals wrap the entire car, hood & trunk. The carburetor was rebuilt the last weekend of July '16 along with new brakes. Amazingly, no cracks in the original dash & the original white headliner remains with no tears or damage. Everything works from the original radio to all the dash lights. I'm happy to answer all questions, provide VIN# upon request & additional photos for serious inquiries only. I can be reached at [Phone # deleted by STAFF]. Nothing has been ignored in the restoration due to the fact that I intended originally never to sell.
