They are original, not china knockoffs. One is in very good condition,
and the other has a small crack in the rubber part. (Replacement rubber

Hard to tell but are the tabs broken off or can they be mounted normally by bending the tabs through the fender? Thank you

I don't know what tabs you're talking about. If memory serves me right, the threaded part screws into the pre installed nut in the fender and you adjust it with the spanner nut on the threaded bolt.

Here’s what came off of my fender because it was loose and only had the one unbroken tab left to hold it on, all other tabs are broken off. The tabs go through the fender and get bent to secure it to the fender.
