1963 Valiant 360 w/Schumacher mounts

I have a 360 and 904 and looking at headers. I've got about $1200 to spend and looking at options. Are the ceramic coated headers worth the money, or raw steel and have them coated locally or paint them? The 360 is .010 over, 10:1 KB, .484 purple shaft in a 1963 Valiant Convertible. Gears are going to be in the 3.50:1 range. What headers would be recommended for this application?
