1965 Valiant 200 2 door for sale. 225 slant six, 904 cable shift on the column. This car was originally from Burbank California. It has never been driven in snow. Original factory paint, decent interior, new windshield, good brakes, good steering/suspension, good rubber. Solid little car, as "rust free" as you are likely to find in a car of this vintage that hasn't been restored. There has been no body work done to this car, what you see is what you get.
This car is 99% original & would make a great restoration project. Runs & drives great, needs a few minoir details addressed (needs battery, speedo cable, fast idle cam/linkage, etc) & can be a daily driver as is. In fact, I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere W/just a battery replacement.
Note: The grille is from a '64, but this IS a '65.
Asking $3800, but will consider any reasonable offer. I originally bought this for my 18 year old son, but he decided he wanted a P/U truck. I wanted to keep it for myself, but finances dictate selling it.
I am located in Northern NY state near the Canadian border crossing @ Cornwall, Ontario. Buy this before the snow flies & you can DRIVE it home.
