What sort of Engine work does it need?

I'm gonna try to make a video of it running. I sounds like a top end noise. It was just a rering and new bearings in the short block and some small chamber heads that I had that I lapped the valves in with new springs. I put a comp extreme energy cam in it with the M1 and a quick fuel 850 just to get running and driveable. The plan was building a good stroker motor for it but that never happened. I've never driven it enough or ran it enough so the carb has been giving issues. Way too rich stuck needle and seats. So the oil kept getting washed down with gas. Tried rebuilding the carb changing oil and get running this year and just loosing interest. Needs some fresh hands and brains on it.
