The pump and bracket pictured appears to be a Saginaw style pump from a 383/440. Additionally the 1973 power box is going to give you problems as the 1973 has a 1-1/4" Pitman shaft and your 1966 would have a 1-1/8" Pitman shaft.

This is the pump and brackets you need. The brackets are 2 pieces that bolts to the pump. Then the pump and bracket assembly bolts to the water pump to the casting about in the center of your 3rd pic. Also the return hose is 5/8th not the customary 3/8th. Besides PS gear already mentioned , your steering column shaft is too long; you can swap your manual steering shaft for a 63-66 only PS shaftGood luck on the swap and if you need more detailed info, drop me a PM.

I think that box I have has the pitman arm on it

I purchased a borgeson steer shaft coupler I was told I could cut the steer column shaft shorter and use the coupler to join to the ps box

If the box you have is from a 73, then it will be the large (1 1/4”) sector shaft box and I don’t believe anyone makes a pitman arm to fit the 63-66 a-bodys for that shaft. You need a 72 and older box with the 1 1/8” shaft to have the correct pitman arm. Dead giveaway is the pitman arm ball joint should be facing threads up, in 73 they will be facing down. The one you have won’t work

Saginaw pumps were used on 273 etc... Both my 67 273s wear saginaw pumps.
I don't know how different the earlier saginaw pump might be from the one you have. The brackets would likely be different for the cast iron water pump. Brackets you have would have been on later aluminum water pump. Pulley offset may be different also. 273 p/s belt runs in front of the alternator water pump belt.
About the pitman arm... where the size of shaft changes the up/down direction of the ball stud to center link changed. Unless some aftermarket vendor produces a bastard pitman arm, aint no way to attach this steering gear to your center link.
