From my craigslist ad (forgive the sales pitch haha)
1966 Plymouth Valiant Signet!
This is very rare car, a very clean original California car with one small area of rust. New fender and grill included to replace minor whack.
This car is loaded. Include spare parts, almost ready for final paint and body work. Head turner, 2 door HARDTOP!
CA BLACK PLATES
PS
PB-disc (slotted, cross-drilled rotors)
Rebuilt rear differential (freeway gearing)
Rebuilt front suspension, totally gone-through
AT - console shift
Reupholstered bucket front seats
Headliner and door panels in good condition
MSD 6AL ignition (electronic ignition included)
4BBL modern carb-electric choke
Tunes- hidden amp with rear deck (factory style) 6x9's and iPod connection (floor pan is Dynamat covered!)
Runs great, hits 85mph on the freeway with 1/2" of gas pedal and gets almost 20 per gallon if you drive it nice (top speed unknown by the way, 85 is cruising). Starts in any weather, heat works great, and will include all parts for original/OEM air conditioning.
The rally wheels also include center caps, tires are great, alignment is great. ENTIRE front end and suspension were rebuilt, new shocks all corners (rear spring bushings included not yet installed). I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car to another state! Like a lot of classics, it has a couple little leaks and will always need more love than a Corolla, but you won't see another one of these on the freeway.
Too many extra parts to list, not everything installed yet. Absolute steal for someone looking for a daily driver classic. Some investment and it would be a show car! Potential PARTIAL trade for another classic/project, 50's preferred or maybe a vintage American motorcycle. Round-fender classic cars strongly considered!
