I scrubbed her down Saturday, jacked her up and put the rears on skates to move her around. this 60 year old's neck has been on fire for two days feeling much better today :D

Custom work ! Checking before I spend big money buying and shipping bucket seats for Victoria. . Looks promising so fare I would say

I do have a member here offering a nice set of 66 correct seat's for Victoeia and they seem to be a hard to find and complete set. so I am just covering my basses and playing with this idea that has not cost a thing yet. We will see if @Ddaddy wants to share his sweet buckets here with us . :thankyou:
 
Enjoyed a warm sunny day in the shop, forgot how many bolts hold this fender on, but it's off and ready to hang on the wall, now to start the clean up and hang the solid fender I bought 6 years ago .. lort ! it has been that long :lol:

Pulled the Hookers out today to heat cycle the POR 20 before I move forward, had to harden my two coats so I don't scratch them up on the install :thumbsup:
I could smell the POR 20 I put on them a years ago :lol:

I bought this old smoker grill for 15 dolors last fall, yep :lol: I am a hillbilly :rofl:

Test seat (lower front) looks promising :thumbsup: This will get my floor shifter where I want it, I can now move the seat forward and not hit the shifter, nothing pretty but we did it our selves :D

Plus, Used Bucket seat for this 66 is 300 or more plus shipping, so I had to see what I could do to the seat I have, I still may go buckets down the road

You have known me a long time, and I am not happy unless I can do some one off stuff, this seat will be tested this way :steering: then down the road get it covered by a pro :thumbsup:
 
After installing sub frame connectors, you will hardly notice a difference but the more you drive the car the more differences you will notice..at least that is the way it was with me. It is nice to have a car that has the rear wheels follow the front wheels and lots of other benefits.

Having the sedan (post car) I believe it will stay strong, if it was a coup car I would be doing frame connectors for sure. not moving the springs in so I will have more slip then grip on my tires I believe , but I am always looking to learn, so many folks do believe I will not need them :popcorn: Thank you for your post :thumbsup:
