1967 - 1969 Barracuda Missing Wire?

A wire attached to an electrical balist came off and wondering where it goes? It is attached to the instrument cluster closest to the heater on/off controll.

to the poll to the right of condenser or right below it with the diamond shape baking

Bingo Monook nailed it, that is a noise suppresor for the radio, so no big deal really

All together all the lights & instruments work...after 14 years it is starting to come together expecially from the help of the awesome FABO members and there input and knowledge. Cheers!
