I have several sets of hood hinges from different year A-bodies. Located in Downsville, Louisiana and willing to ship at your expense.

$100.00 per set plus shipping
$50.00 a piece plus shipping for the 2 mismatched ones.

Do you have two of the 1970 ones. I see one at top of first pic (yellow with one round and one vertical hole)?
 
Do you know if everything is the same other than the holes. I could maybe buy that one and use it as a template to make the one I have match
 
Everything is the same. It's just the holes that are different shape. I had a 73 Dart Sport that I put as 71 Demon front cap on to resale it. Used the 73 hinges with the 71 hood. Worked just fine.
 
I have a 70 hood with the 71 up hinges. It’s hard to get the adjustment right since those hinges don’t allow for much up and down adjustment. How to ship to 48164? Also do you think these would need rebuilt? Maybe I’ll buy two if they don’t seem like they need rebuilt. The ones I have bow out some and need rebuilt.
 
I don't think they need to be rebuilt. Just need to be cleaned, refinished and oiled. When you say 2 do you mean 1 pair it 2 pair?

I would want two hinges (mismatched) one of the 70 and I believe you had another single 71 and up? Is that correct ?
