1967 Dodge Dart emergency brake handle part or name need it!

The handle is held on by a roll pin.

I meant the whole assembly that attached to the underneath the dash not the handle sorry for confusion. Also looks like pin too .
A better picture of that top bracket would help, but it appears that a piece of that bracket is missing. Part of the assembly should contain a threaded "stud" that when inserted up through the lower dash will be secured by a nut.

Mike you left out the part about the fact there is NO EMERGENCY BRAKE but there is a parking brake.
