I bought my 67 five years ago and have slowly been making progress on it. The previous owner started making a 68 GTS tribute car out of it and I haven't done anything to change that yet. Here it is the day I bought it.
Originally a red with white guts 6 cyl auto, it has had various engines including a big block, but now it has a worn out 340 in it. Since I have gotten it I have rebuilt the suspension and brakes, redid the interior (switched to black buckets with a Hurst floor shift) and mini tubbed for the 325/50R15 tires. We added a narrowed Strange 60 when we did the mini tub. Here's what she looked like last month.
Future plans include building a stroker small block for it and slappin some paint on it. It is a driver for cruise nights and maybe a trip to the local strip, not a Carlisle points car, but we like it!!
