Pretty cool option if you ask me. I would love to make a deal with ya, but funds are tight right now. Good luck with the sale.
 
I'll take your word for it on the option cost and adjusted for inflation. My first full-time job was at 14, and at $1.75, 7:30-4:30 six days a week, I cleared $92 and was glad to get it. Took some of that money and bought a 1969 Charger R/T SE for $500. All that really has no bearing on what something is worth (or not worth) today, but thanks for the persepctive!
