1968 Plymouth Valiant Rust Free Southern Arizona Car. I have lost interest in the project. The majority of the work has been completed. The original slant six was pulled in favor of a 1990 360 Roller Cam Engine. I rebuild the engine with KB107 pistons, the engine is .20 over, decked, with a fresh rebuild. Zero miles are on the engine. The stock 308 heads are fresh and rebuilt to factory specifications. The engine is topped with an LD340 Intake, 68 Hipo 340 exhaust manifolds. Needs Carb. The 904 transmission has been rebuilt with low gear set, stock converter.
The car itself has 46,000 original miles on it. I recovered the original blue interior with Legendary Auto covers both front and back. The door panels are perfect. Still has the original rubber floor mats. Zero cancer! New tires, new master cylinder. The car still has 7 1/4 rear, small bolt pattern. Cheap enamel paint job from the past that looks chalky from the AZ sun. The car looks like a great barn find.
The car needs bolted up. It needs final assembly including exhaust. I'm selling the car for $5000. I figure this to be a good deal considering how clean this car is. Car has re-chromed bumpers and is currently titled and registered in Tucson, AZ.
