Hey All,

Just got the car in the garage today after it sitting for 5 years! The car rolled with ease with no creaking or anything... I took some pictures of her so I could share with all you Mopar-Fanatics.

I now have to clean up the drive way around the car so It can be rolled back out and power washed because shes a dirty *****!...

Nice start! I had 1 just like that but it came with a factory cuda rally dash. I had to use it for parts because nobody made valiant parts 15 years ago. I have the chrome pieces between the doors if you need them & a few other 68 parts left.

cross members on the drivers side are completely rotten... tried jacking the car on with them and they were folding like wet paper... I heard that you are able to buy replacements that just go right over the old supports... anyone have any info as to where to find them?

will post more after the holidays and I have time to get in there and cut away all the rust to see where im at!

Nice project. Ive got two 68 valiant fenders if you need them. No rust, one small dent in passenger side.
 
IMHO, take the time to cut that crap out if you go over it, your gonna be doing a ton of metal work anyway. It will spread.
 
Auto rust tecnicians have safe-t-caps for frame rails.
AMD has replacement cross members.
