1969 340 valve help

Hey all!
I’ve seen lots of variations of 69 340 valve covers online of course and I think I may of found a set. Can anyone verify that these are truly 69’s?

Stovepipe yes, other side no.

If those are beed-blasted, have fun cleaning out the baffles.

Pass side with tabs as wire holders is not for 69 340.

Sorry man, the covers are in a box marked valve covers mixed in with about 2 dozen other not 69 covers, so no way to prove what came off what.

Ok, are 1968-69 the same? It’s funny I’ve seen those represented on a 69 340.. getting too confusing, I’m starting not to care, kidding of course LMAO!

that looks like a 70 and up engine to me; could even be a 318

69 340s were red like 273s, an ugly red; I never liked it.

I believe these are correct 1969 340 valve covers.

The valve covers (at least the driver side) on the pic you posted would be correct for 67ish-68 273, 318 and 340’s. It also looks to have an edelbrock performer intake installed so probably not the best example to use as a reference.
