1969 Barracuda 340 Formula S 4-speed - Original A4 silver car with fresh restoration. I just finished her, but have to let her go as I'm trying to get my biz off the ground. I have the car listed on ebay - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1969...ars_Trucks&hash=item2ec86a844d#ht_1136wt_1182

Car was recently taken to Mopar Spring Fling in Van Nuys - and took 4th place in stock category. (despite my best efforts to deviate from stock on a few things!)

you must post a price......................

That's a fantastic car. I sold my green one back in the 80's for $300. A few questions: I believe one would also have to locate a Prestolite dual-point distributor to return it to stock. The egg-crate grille on mine was black originally, and I thought that was correct for all Formula S cars. We called that engine color "turquoise" to differentiate from corporate blue. Good luck, again it's a really nice car!

Thanks for the compliment. The car had a 70's era Mallory unilite in it, and a mallory ignition box - which was ditched in favor of a Mopar Perf. electronic unit - So yes, I do believe you are right on the dual point unit to bring it to perfect stock- but the upgrade makes it a period correct upgraded driver.

The reserve is a bit lower than the buy it now price - so get on there and bid guys! I put a ton of work in this car and saved it from certain death!

I recently put up a video walk-around and round the block drive / tire squeal session on youtube.

Car looks like it is very well done , esp under carriage , and paint and stripe look very very good also .But for almost 40 grand , i think you will have to fix the list of items needed that is listed on e bay to even come close to that price , and you should add some better interior pics as well . good luck with the sale.
