1969 Barracuda sequence number

Hello. I have recently acquired a 1969 Barracuda with what appears to be an early sequence number I was wondering what numbers the earliest sequence number in the Barracuda line would have started with.

So then 368177 would be the 268,176 Barracuda made in 1969? I was under the impression there was less than 40,000 made.

There is no definitive proof as to when any car was actually assembled, however, your number would indicate around half-way through the model year....as a guess.
