I have an early 1969 partial set of Dart Barracuda seat belts. I say early because the cloth part number tags are marked 1968. They are black. I have the 2 shoulder belts but no visor retainers. One lap belt, and 2 shorter male belts that a lap belt would connect to. Total of 5 belts. Parts are located near Dallas, Texas. $30 shipped. Message me if interested.
