1969 Dodge Dart GT 4 speed

-
There were quite a few, but one of the rarest is one that I looked at back in the mid 90s. It was a convertible with factory air (at least I think it had air). The console was gone, but the Hurst stick was still there.

There were also some 273 four speed GT's built. I don't think I even looked at what this one was. It wasn't for sale, but disappeared shortly after...

I'm pretty sure rebeldart use to have one that he restored back around 2000 or 2001. Might have been a 67 273 four speed car, he might see this and chime in.

I have a 4 speed from a 69 GT with a 273.

There is someone in our car club that has a sunfire yellow 69 Dart GT convertible with hurst 4 speed, air conditioning, and console. Very original car.

I don't think it's the same one (I seem to recall blue, but....). The one I saw was in Dinuba (middle of nowhere) and was very rough (by California standards).

Not same one.

This one is original paint, original interior, worn top (maybe a replacement). Some dent's, bumper dings, rear trim dinged.

I sure someone would call it a "survivor" nowadays. I don't think so. To me, it's just a not messed with original car. But someone did jack/hokey with the clutch pedal assembly and they got a good used one to replace.

Even with a 318/273 I cant see the 7 1/4 lasting very long. Still I like hearing/seeing them.
