1969 Dodge Dart Radiator Petcock - Loosen Clockwise or Counterclockwise To Drain fluid ? Don’t want to bust it off.

I believe you turn it clockwise to drain (in) and counter to tighten (out). Gently no matter which way.
 
At least some of those are left hand thread, you turn some to the left as if opening a valve. I don't know about some/all/ many/ all NONE!!? on OEM Mopars LOL

The correct answer for me was counterclockwise. The thread turns inwards which releases the plug on the inside of the valve.
 
You can always look at the threads and compare to a right hand thread bolt of any size
 
Pretty sure they are, looking at the drain plug, turn left to drain, turn right to close. The petcock will go inwards when you want to drain the radiator. (turn it left, like loosening a bolt) The threads are left handed.
