1970 340 bolt colors

Yeah I know...I'm getting tired of all this "correct" stuff too, but I've gone this far with all of it and now I'm building the engine SO...
Bolts for the intake and valve covers, engine orange, silver-ish, or black-ish ?
and how 'bout the oil drain plug ? Thanks guys

All were bolted together at assembly, so block color.

so is the throttle / kickdown bracket, return spring bracket, water pump crossover hose.

spray everything street hemi orange including hose from water pump to intake !
yeah it was sprayed orange from the factory too !
none of the other water hoses was painted .. just 1 on motor !
oil cap was silver & vc breather is black & white/clear 90 degree pcv is natural !

Heres my 71 340 thats been restored the way I found it all.

BTW if you're looking for a very correct color orange try Krylon Rust Touch Equiptment orange. It was almost a dead match for my 71 orange and its $8 a can. Heres a link from MSC
