No longer with the car, when I got the car back, it had all been removed.
There are an extensive number of photos available to look at in the previous post that i referred to in this current thread.

Was the engine bay sandblasted and never primed/painted?

The rust spots you can see on the cowl- are they holes that go all the way through?

If they're not, how are the cowl vent areas?
 
The car was out of my hands for nearly 20 years, so I cannot attest to what occurred in the engine bay.
I included several under dash / cowl pictures in my previous post.
If you would like specific areas photographed, please let me know and I'll try to take some additional pictures.

Close ups of those spots on the cowl and cowl vent rust status would help me a lot.
