1970 340 Duster with Rallye Sport Package???

I never thought the 340 dusters came with such a package. I thought the rallye dashes and wheels were part of the 340 dusters package. Can anyone clear this up for me? Mopar Muscle Magazine September 2010 page 59 says the red Duster came with the "rallye sport package." I personally didn't think there was such a package on a 340 Duster.
