This 440 came out of a 1970 Charger. From what I could tell without opening the motor up, it has a forged crank and purple camshaft. It was rebuilt 10 years ago but never ran. It makes compression. There's a small chip in the balancer so I'm including a replacement from 440source. In fact, I have a lot of new parts for the motor including new distributor, spark plugs, and fuel pump (fastener and gasket included). I also have direct connection valve covers if you want them too.
