1970 Dart frame Specs

After a day at the track testing the 5 speed, Well, brutally killing it, it has become very obvious that I bent the Dart. Pretty ugly too. Anyway, Can anyone please provide a copy of the frame specs so that I can get the frame straightened and put a good stiff cage in the car?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. On a good note, we didn't break the trans! :cheers:

The one on the bottom is for 67-69 dart which should be the same as 70-76, the framerails didn't change between those years.
