I was wondering if anyone had a rotted out 70 or 71 dart that would be willing to cut the side marker holes out of the quarter panels and fenders for me. This is so i can put them in my 1972 dart

how about finding a set of 70-71 fenders and bulting them on.
and for th quarters its easier to just cut your quarters to the right size I am doing the same swap on a 1972 scamp....
